owdy, and welcome to Bucksnort Observatory!

I have always had a love for art, science and nature. So when I discovered astrophotography (photographing deep space objects) back in 2007 I was instantly hooked. To me this pursuit is an irresistible blend of computers, gadgets, astronomy and the great outdoors. And although I still enjoy hauling gear to dark sites and camping, having a permanent remotely controlled observatory allows for many more imaging opportunities... and it is a cool challenge!
